SANDWICH 20/2 mm

Use:
The product is designed as a protection against scratching and wearing of the surfaces during transportation, stocking or manipulation with semi-finished and finished products, especially plastic parts for automotive industry.

Product information:

• Standard product size: the product is delivered in final shapes
• Metal sheet thickness 1,0 mm 
• The expanded PVC layer thickness is usually 10 mm ± 2 mm or 20 mm ± 2 mm
• The compact PVC layer thickness is 2 mm ± 1 mm
• Standard hardness of the compact PVC layer is 80 ± 4 ShA

Processing:
Common tinsmith technologies (cutting, bending, riveting) can be used to process PLASTICMETAL® SANDWICH BLUE/ORANRE with the exception of procedures using high temperatures (welding, soldering) which cause PVC degradation and thus deteriorating of mechanical properties of the product or its partial destruction.

Maintenance:
The product PLASTICMETAL® SANDWICH BLUE/ORANGE does not need any maintenance during its shelf life.
