PE – PART, PE-STRIP

• We manufacture customized polymer strips / plates / anchoring elements.
• According to the drawing documentation we machine PE500, PE1000 (including anti-static design - ESD), PUR, TPE, or composite sandwich materials PE500+TPE including punching, countersinking, chamfering.
• We also offer cost-effective recyclates (Regranulate, CONFETTI).

Usage

The final products are used for example as sorting elements on special carriers and transport pallets.

Composite strips are used as stopping and protecting elements, especially for the transport of painted body parts with scratch-prone surfaces.

The special transport containers with PE-Parts provide optimal protection for your impact-sensitive components.

Small-format panels are used as durable substrate materials or elements to cancel thermal bridges.
