High-pressure water jet material cutting

This technology of cutting is designed for abrasive cutting with tilting cutting head enabling continuous and active compensation of the beam during 2D cutting. Simultaneously it enables 3D cutting with a tilt during the cutting programmable in CNC controlling system.

We cut materials in thicknesses of 0.1 mm to 230 mm and maximal size of the semi-finished product 2000 mm x 4000 mm.

Advantages of water jet cutting:

• Material is not exposed to the heat.
• There are no micro cracks around the cut, the cut does not have burrs.
• High-precision cutting.
• Quality cutting of sandwich materials with different physical and chemical properties.
• Technology is suitable for materials that cannot be cut with laser.
